- Will recruit professionals to provide a greater level of mental health care.

- Will create Triage Centers with adequate square footage and health care professionals to meet the need of everyone experiencing homelessness in our community.
- Will rapidly scale up our supply of safe, clean, warm, and dignified shelter options.
- Within the first 100 days, will create 600 new personal home shelters with wrap-around services.
- Will focus on a citywide summit for planning affordable housing and how the city can deliver various levels of transitional and permanent housing efficiently.
- Quickly expand successful programs while defunding less effective approaches.
- Fully utilize the 2015 State of Emergency declaration to seek federal funding to create facilities and medical/rehabilitation services.
- Access funds from the Purdue Pharma settlement to fund treatment.
